Great team and very fair! They were in constant communication during the repair of my jeep!

I had to replace two tires that were ruined when I accidentally hit a curb. JR was fantastic understanding the need to make sure the car was ok besides just the tires. He explained all of the activity to do that. Car was done by the end of the day. Will use HONEST-1 for all my car needs going forward.

Very unprofessional in person and on the phone disrespectful

I absolutely love the attention to detail and the care I received at the shop. Once I took the car there explain the issues I was having a complete inspection was done with pictures of all potential issues. The service technician took the time to go over each area and prioritize all the drivability issues which needed immediate attention. I love that about the shop because I felt that it was about the cost of the repair but ensuring I was completely satisfied as a customer. The name of the shop is very fitting Honest-1 but in my opinion everyone there have very high integrity and take pride in their work. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a repair shop and have no worries of being taken advantage of at all.

Honest? lol ok They just gave me a completely made up quote $300 over what the highest priced shop in town charges …it feels very much like it was because I am a woman. Well, unfortunately for them I’m not ignorant and know it shouldn’t cost that in any way shape or form, but many women would not know how to verify and would trust them and pay it. Shops like this are disgusting and should be called out. Shame on you. PS: I just spoke with another shop…they quoted me half of what I was quoted by Honest-1. They told me the amount of time it would take to do the repair and provided me the quote for parts and labor. I didn’t mentioned I had called around either. That is really funny…the part is $150 at AutoZone and according to several shops I called and spoke with this morning the repair takes 1 hour…not the 2 hours I was quoted by “Honest”-1. I would love to see how this can be justified by saying they’re the best shop and don’t compromise quality…no, you’re just dishonest and enjoy ripping people off. Please do not use these people.
